Manchester United have an ideal opportunity in the Premier League this Sunday. They know they can no longer compete with Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City for the title, but that doesn't mean they don't have other goals to achieve. They must win as many games as possible before the end of the season to reach the qualification zone for the next Champions League.

Key match for Manchester United: this is the starting lineup vs Luton Town

The four best teams in the tournament will have that privilege. The fourth of them was Tottenham, who lost this Saturday against Wolverhampton. That's why their place was taken by Aston Villa, thanks to the victory vs Fulham. And now the Red Devils also want to take advantage of Spurs' fall and get closer to the coveted fourth place in the standings.

For that they must beat Luton Town at Kenilworth Road, and so far they are doing it. The start of the game was perfect for them, as after 39 seconds Rasmus Hojlund took advantage of an absurd mistake by the opposing defenders, took the ball, dribbled past goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski and scored with a precise left-footed shot. And just six minutes later they doubled the lead: after a corner kick, Alejandro Garnacho shot, the ball was going out, but deflected off Hojlund's face and into the net.

With some luck, Manchester United were leading 2-0 at the start of the match and things looked very easy for them. But after 14 minutes the hosts woke up and scored: Tahith Chong received the ball inside the box, turned and shot, but a rebound allowed Carlton Morris to beat Andre Onana's resistance with a soft header.

The new Haaland?

Rasmus Hojlund arrived at Manchester United this summer for a fortune from Atalanta. His first few months were not good and it took him a while to adapt to his new team, but when he did he showed all his talent. He has six goals in the last six games in the English league and is the youngest player to achieve that mark in the history of the Premier League. Because of his physical and athletic characteristics, many consider him to be the new Erling Haaland, and they seem to be right.
