Things are not good at Manchester United. In the last few days they have had to face many off-field problems that could affect their performances in the upcoming games. And that's not all, as the start in the 2023/24 Premier League season was not as good as they expected, with just two wins in four games that place them 12th in the standings.

The main concern for the Red Devils is the lack of alternatives in attack. Brazilian winger Antony was given a leave of absence last week, while allegations made against him by several women, including his ex-girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin, for alleged domestic violence are being investigated. And Jadon Sancho will not be considered either.

The English forward had a quarrel with Erik Ten Hag, after the coach said in a press conference that he had not called him because of his poor performances during the training week. The player responded on social media assuring that this was a lie and that he was being scapegoated. Days later Sancho deleted that post from his accounts, but it seems that it is too late.

Manchester United released a statement announcing their decision: "Jadon Sancho will remain on a personal training programme away from the first-team group, pending resolution of a squad discipline issue".

What did the forward do?

After learning of the English club's decision, Jadon Sancho showed up at United's Carrington training ground this Friday in his car to begin training alone, away from his teammates, while awaiting a resolution from the club's chiefs. At the same time, there are rumors about possible transfers to other clubs. In the Premier League, Nottingham Forest are interested in signing him, as are Al-Ettifaq of Saudi Arabia, according to The Sun. But the favorites are Borussia Dortmund, since Sancho already played there and had great performances.
