On Saturday, August 26, Jadon Sancho played his last game for Manchester United in the 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford. A week later, coach Erik Ten Hag did not call him up to play against Arsenal and, when asked later at a press conference about the reasons for this decision, explained that it was due to the player's performances in training during the week.

Moments later Sancho posted a message on social media defending himself and implying that the Dutch manager was lying. This was considered by the club's chiefs as a serious disrespect towards Ten Hag's authority, so they decided to punish the forward by separating him from the squad and sending him to train with United's academy.

Since then, every time he is asked about this issue, the coach replies that the decision is not up to him. According to reports, Manchester United are waiting for Jadon to apologize to Ten Hag and until that happens, the conflict will not be resolved.

Now The Sun reports that most of the squad players have had enough of their teammate's attitude. They blame him for the conflict and have told him that he needs to apologize to the coach in order to return to training with the first team. And the chiefs have told him something similar: he could have the problem sorted out immediately if he wanted to. He just has to say the magic words "I'm sorry".

What will happen to him?

As long as Jadon Sancho does not retract and apologize to Erik Ten Hag, he will not play for Manchester United again. That is why there are rumors of a possible loan transfer in winter. Borussia Dortmund, where he played between 2017 and 2021, are one of the interested clubs. Juventus and Barcelona have also been rumored to target him.
