It is therefore logical that the world's leading companies compete with each other to sponsor Europe's biggest clubs. Real Madrid and Barcelona in Spain; Inter, AC Milan and Juventus in Italy; Paris Saint-Germain in France; Bayern Munich in Germany and Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool in England are the most coveted teams.

One of the aspects that most attract the attention of fans are the jerseys. Year after year, each team renews its apparel with innovative models, and as a result, sports brands earn a lot of money and prestige. This is also a benefit for the clubs, as they receive money for the contracts they sign with these brands and often also a percentage of the sales.

According to Sport newspaper, the team that earns the most money thanks to this is Manchester City. They have an agreement with Puma since 2019, which was recently improved, and receive more than $175 million per year. Second place goes to Real Madrid, who earn thanks to their deal with Adidas more than $130 million per season. And then there are the rivals of The Citizens and Los Merengues: Manchester United and Barcelona share third place. The Red Devils have a contract with Adidas and earn $105 million, the same as Los Blaugranas with Nike.
