Haaland breaks another record at Man City and makes a fool of Cristiano Ronaldo

Despite that long absence, the two goals helped Erling break a Premier League record: he is the first player in history to score 51 goals in his first 50 games in the English league. And those numbers are even higher considering all competitions, as he has played 78 games for his club and netted 73 goals. This shows not only the importance he has for the team, but also an unmatched ability to score goals.

CR7 is far behind him

Cristiano Ronaldo was for years one of the stars of Manchester United and the Premier League. However, his statistics are a far cry from those of Erling Haaland at Manchester City. Not only did CR7 not reach a similar goalscoring record in his first 50 games in England, but he also needed more than 100 games to reach the 51 goals Haaland netted there so far.
