Many football fans are impressed at how Real Madrid is slowly building the strongest team in Europe and in the team world. Kylian Mbappé is one of the best players in the world, and he is joining Real Madrid as a free agent. He will be a Real Madrid player next season, but that may not be the only young star to arrive, as the club has been trying to sign Alphonso Davies from Bayern Munich. The Candian left-back has reportedly rejected multiple contract renewals, and Los Blancos has been interested in either signing him this summer or next summer when he becomes a free agent. El Chiringuito Jugones reports that Davies is already looking forward to the move to Real Madrid and could potentially be a neighbor of Mbappé in Madrid. Eduardo Inda reports that Davies is looking for a house in Madrid, with La Moraleja or La Finca as the likely destination. Real Madrid knows that if they want to sign the Canadian left-back this summer, they need to offer around $50 million to $60 million.

Fabrizio Romano reported that Real Madrid would be more than happy to potentially sign Alphonso Davies for free next summer if Bayern Munich didn’t list him for a fair price. This situation is similar to that of Mbappé at PSG since the player was not open to renewing his contract with PSG, while the French club wanted him to do so so they could sell him for a high fee. Mbappé arrived, and now Davies could do the same next year as a free agent.

Davies played a total of 42 matches for Bayern Munich across all competitions this past season. He scored three goals and provided six assists this past season. He scored two goals and six assists in the Bundesliga. He scored one goal in the Champions League, which was a stunner in the Champions League semifinal against Real Madrid.

Alphonso Davies is making history with Canada

Alphonso Davies made history with Canada this summer as they got out of their group in the Copa America for the first time in its history. Canada will play against Venezuela in the quarterfinals of the Copa America.
