The Portuguese striker took a few days to relax with Georgina Rodriguez.

Al-Nassr's last game was on Monday, when they beat Al-Shabab 5-2 in the quarterfinals of the King's Cup and advanced to the next round. The next game is now a week away, which will be on Friday, December 22 against Al-Ettifaq, one of the strongest teams in the Pro League. In the tournament Al-Nassr are in second place in the standings with 37 points, 10 points behind leaders Al-Hilal, who have played one game more.

Taking advantage of the more than 10 days between one match and the next, Cristiano Ronaldo decided to take a short break and traveled with his girlfriend, the Argentinean model and businesswoman Georgina Rodriguez, to Banyan Tree AlUla, a resort located in the middle of the AlUla oasis.

It is an incredible place, defined on the official website as "an enchanted sanctuary suspended in time and space", which combines beautiful natural landscapes with historic buildings. It is also very exclusive: there are only 14 places for tourists, distributed in four different villas. In the one where CR7 and his girlfriend stayed, there is a private swimming pool and an outdoor fire pit. The rental value of these places can reach more than $10,000 per day.

In a post on his official Instagram account, Cristiano shared some photos with Georgina with the message: "AlUla, where ancient history meets a modern story", along with a heart emoji. This received almost 10 million likes from users around the world. And she also shared some images of the trip, writing: "The sky never ceases to amaze me with its beauty. Thank you universe for giving me so many shooting stars this trip".

What about Leo?

Meanwhile, Lionel Messi is resting in Miami as he prepares to return to Argentina with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and sons Thiago, Mateo and Ciro. He will enjoy Christmas and New Year's with his family and friends in Rosario, his hometown, and will fly back to Florida the second week of January to begin preseason training with Inter Miami.
