The future of Kylian Mbappé continues to be a topic of interest in the world of football, and new details have emerged from the Paris Saint-Germain side, indicating that the club is taking steps to resolve the situation. The 24-year-old forward remains firm in his decision not to renew his contract with the Parisian team, and actions have been taken from Doha in response.
According to reports from PSG Community, an important meeting took place on Wednesday between a representative closely associated with Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir and owner of PSG, and someone representing Kylian Mbappé. During these meetings, it has been revealed that the offer from the Parisian club is considerably higher than that of Real Madrid.
The Qatari executives have offered Mbappé a contract that extends until 2028, with a salary of 350 million EUR, meaning 70 million EUR per year. On the other hand, the offer from Real Madrid has been 100 million EUR for 5 years, translating to 20 million EUR annually.
However, money does not seem to be the determining factor for Mbappé in this decision. Despite the difference in the economic offers, the player would still lean towards a move to the Santiago Bernabéu to wear the white shirt. It appears that there are other factors at play that attract him to Real Madrid.
PSG is facing a change of direction in their project, and although they have presented a significant offer to retain Mbappé, the player seems to have his eyes set on the Spanish club. The situation remains dynamic, and we will have to wait and see how events unfold in the coming days.
