Barcelona has a plan B in case the signing of Gündogan doesn't go through

There is even mention of Barcelona not ruling out signing both players if they can generate the necessary financial resources to carry out both operations.

Xavi has expressed his desire to strengthen the midfield with players who can make a difference near the opponent's area, especially after a season in which the team has struggled to create goal-scoring opportunities, particularly in games when Pedri was absent.
