Cristiano Ronaldo will soon be back with Al Nassr ahead of next season as they look to compete with Al Hilal for the titles in Saudi Arabia. The Portuguese striker wants the club to sign world-class players that can help the team challenge for important trophies they fell short of in the past season. Ronaldo and Al Nassr couldn't win a major trophy like the Saudi Pro League or the King's Cup. One of the players that Ronaldo wants at Al Nassr is his former Real Madrid teammate, Casemiro. The Brazilian midfielder is currently at Manchester United, but his future is questioned. The Premier League club may be open to selling him this summer, but not to Al Nassr. Reports in England suggest that Al Ittihad have started discussions to sign Casemiro from Manchester United. The Brazilian midfielder was rumored to join Al Nassr, but it seems that Al Ittihad may offer a more convincing contract for Casemiro to join ahead of Ronaldo's team next season.

The Brazilian midfielder has a contract with Man United until the summer of 2026. His current market value is around $20 million, and the 32-year-old is open to leaving this summer. Al Ittihad is one of the big four clubs in Saudi Arabia and will look to bring in Casemiro to challenge for the league title they won last year. There has yet to be an official proposal from the Saudi club for Manchester United, but there could be one soon.

Casemiro joined Manchester United in the summer of 2022 for more than $70 million from Real Madrid. In the first season, he impressed, but this past season, it has not been the same. He played 32 matches for Man United across all competitions. He scored five goals and provided three assists across all competitions for the Red Devils.

Casemiro changed Manchester United in his first season as he played 53 matches for them across all competitions. He scored seven goals and provided seven assists for them as well. He was essential for the team to qualify for the Champions League.
