Gareth Southgate's team are very close to securing their place at Euro 2024.

This Tuesday afternoon the England National Team will have the opportunity to qualify for Euro 2024. For now they are the only leaders of group C of the qualifiers and, in case they get a draw or a win, they will secure their place in the most important international tournament of the continent, which will be played in Germany next summer.

But it will not be an easy task, as Italy will also go to Wembley Stadium aiming to win in order to get closer to qualification. In the standings they are in second place with 10 points, the same as Ukraine. But the Italians have the advantage of having played one game less. However, they cannot relax, as they will play against each other in November.

For this match, English coach Gareth Southgate decided to change the whole XI that played last Friday a friendly match against Australia. Stars such as Harry Kane, Phil Foden, Declan Rice, Jude Bellingham and Marcus Rashford will enter.

England's XI will be: Jordan Pickford; Kyle Walker, John Stones, Harry Maguire, Kieran Trippier; Kalvin Phillips, Declan Rice; Phil Foden, Jude Bellingham, Marcus Rashford; Harry Kane. Also on the bench will be Sam Johnstone, Aaron Ramsdale, Lewis Dunk, Levi Colwill, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Marc Guehi, Jack Grealish, James Maddison, Jordan Henderson, Conor Gallagher, Ollie Watkins and Jarrod Bowen.

Visitors need to win

Italy beat Malta 4-0 last Saturday and will now look for another win against the Group C leaders. Coach Luciano Spaletti decided that the starting lineup will be: Gianluigi Donnarumma; Giovanni Di Lorenzo, Giorgio Scalvini, Francesco Acerbi, Destiny Udogie; Davide Frattesi, Bryan Cristante, Nicolo Barella, Domenico Berardi, Gianluca Scamacca, Stephan El Shaarawy. Substitutes will be Guglielmo Vicario, Alex Meret, Matteo Darmian, Gianluca Mancini, Alessandro Bastoni, Federico Dimarco, Federico Gatti, Manuel Locatelli, Giacomo Bonaventura, Giacomo Raspadori, Moise Kean and Riccardo Orsolini.
