This Tuesday at Wembley Stadium the England National Team will play their sixth match for the Euro 2024 qualifiers. For now they are the only leaders of group C with 13 points, 3 points ahead of Italy (their next opponents) and Ukraine. That is why it will be key for them to get a victory that will allow them to secure their place in the most important international tournament on the continent, which will be played next summer in Germany.

Last week The Three Lions had a day off in Group C and played a friendly against Australia in London on Friday night. There they won 1-0 with a goal by Ollie Watkins, in a match in which Gareth Southgate decided to put together a starting lineup with many players who usually do not have a place in the team.

However, this Tuesday they will have an official match in which there will be a lot at stake. That is why the coach will not improvise and will present an XI with all English stars. This means that he will change almost the entire team compared to the match against Australia.

According to The Sun, Southgate will make 10 changes. The only one who will remain in the starting lineup is Jordan Henderson. The goalkeeper will be Jordan Pickford; defenders Kyle Walker, John Stones, Harry Maguire and Kieran Trippier; Jordan Henderson and Declan Rice will be the holding midfielders, while in front of them will be Jude Bellingham; the right-winger will be Phil Foden and on the other side will play Marcus Rashford; the centre-forward will be Harry Kane.

They also need to win

Italy are in a more complicated situation than England. For now they share second place in the Group C standings with Ukraine, with 10 points. The Azzurri's advantage is that they have played one game less than their rivals, so they depend on themselves to qualify for Euro 2024. However, if they lose in London, that advantage could disappear.
