Chelsea changed their mind and agreed to loan Lukaku, these teams are interested

Chelsea are one of the clubs that have spent the most money in recent years. However, those investments have not always paid off and the Blues' performance last season was far from what was expected. That is why, according to The Athletic, Chelsea have changed their mind and are now willing to negotiate a loan. With this scenario, there are two clubs that expressed their interest in signing him: one is Juventus, who still want to add him, and the other is AS Roma. There is coach José Mourinho, who managed Lukaku at Manchester United and is confident that he can help him regain his best level.
