There is already a new coach for Real Madrid

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has announced that Carlo Ancelotti will be the next coach of Brazil in 2024. The official statement is expected to be made at the end of June, and Ancelotti is estimated to start working with the national team in January or June 2024.

Meanwhile, at Real Madrid, Xabi Alonso has emerged as one of the revelations in European football in his first season as the coach of Bayer Leverkusen. His football ideas fit perfectly with what the management of the white club is looking for in their new project. Florentino Pérez, the president of Real Madrid, is increasingly convinced that Alonso is the ideal candidate for the coaching position.

The generational renewal in the Madrid squad requires a coach who is up to the task, and although Zinedine Zidane is always considered as a current option, Pérez firmly backs Xabi Alonso as Ancelotti's successor. Despite his modest stint with Real Madrid's reserve teams and Real Sociedad, his European experience in Germany has completely transformed his coaching career.

This positive change is highly valued by the club's leaders, who believe that Xabi Alonso is the right person to guide a team composed of young stars such as Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo, Vinicius Jr., Eduardo Camavinga, Fede Valverde, Éder Militão, and Fran García towards absolute glory.

<br/>He has the ability

Florentino Pérez has confidence in Xabi Alonso's leadership and his ability to develop the talent of Real Madrid's young footballers. Although the coaching change will not happen until 2024, the club president is already laying the foundations for a promising future.
