Polish striker Robert Lewandowski has shared his impressions of his first season at Barcelona in an interview with Canal Plus Sport. The player expressed his satisfaction with his performance at the Blaugrana club and discussed his adaptation to the team and his new role on the field. Furthermore, he surprised many by revealing his stance on potential retirement.

Lewandowski, who joined Barcelona as one of the world's top goal scorers, has had an outstanding debut year with the team. With 33 goals and 8 assists in 46 matches, the 34-year-old forward has proven that he remains one of the best number nines in world football.

While acknowledging the need to adjust to a new role at the start of the season, Lewandowski emphasized his importance both on and off the field. Regarding his possible retirement, he expressed, "Only after finishing my contract will I start to question whether I want to continue playing."

The goal-scorer is under contract with Barcelona until 2026, with an increasing salary over the first three years. Despite receiving interest from Saudi Arabia, both he and the club have dismissed this offer. Lewandowski made it clear that he is happy at Barcelona and intends to fulfill his contract with the club.
