Farewell Liverpool, this star is leaving the Premier League when the team need him most

Liverpool are having an almost perfect 2023/24 season. They are competing in four tournaments at the same time and showing performances that have fans excited. With this scenario, coach Jurgen Klopp will need every player in the squad to be available to face this demanding stage of the season. But the opposite will be true. Injured players (such as Thiago Alcantara, Andrew Robertson, Konstantinos Tsimikas and Joel Matip) will be joined by others who will be absent for the next few weeks.

Mohamed Salah is the most important of them. The 31-year-old winger is the team's biggest star and one of the Premier League's top scorers with 14 goals, along with Manchester City's Erling Haaland. The other one who will leave is Wataru Endo, holding midfielder who arrived this season from Stuttgart and has had a lot of involvement in the team, especially replacing Alexis MacAllister when he was injured.

These two players will leave England this week to join their respective national teams. Mohamed Salah will play for Egypt in the Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d'Ivoire between January 13 and February 11, while Wataru Endo will join Japan for the Asian Cup in Qatar between January 12 and February 10.
