The Gunners are having fun at Emirates Stadium and it shows.

Arsenal reached the top of the Premier League standings last week when they beat Brentford 1-0 thanks to a last minute goal from Kai Havertz. They took advantage of the fact that a few hours earlier Manchester City and Liverpool had drawn 1-1 and both had missed the chance to go top of the table.

However, Mikel Arteta's team did not relax and on Wednesday they put on a memorable show in the Champions League, beating Lens of France 6-0 and securing not only qualification to the round of 16, but also first place in Group B. Now the challenge was to withstand the pressure of being the English league leaders and beat Wolverhampton at Emirates Stadium. And they are doing it with ease.

Things started ideally for The Gunners, as 6 minutes into the first half, Bukayo Saka scored the opener. The English winger started the play on the right side of the field and fed Gabriel Jesus, who then passed the ball to Takehiro Tomiyasu. The Japanese defender, inside the box, assisted Saka, who had some luck to keep the ball after a rebound and then shot with his right foot, making it impossible for the Sa goalkeeper to react.

However, the real show had not yet begun. On 13 minutes, Saka sent a floated cross from the right across the box to Oleksander Zinchenko on the other side. The Ukrainian left-back fed Gabriel Jesus, who quickly returned the ball. Zinchenko, now inside the box, had time to look up and wait for the ideal moment to assist Martin Odegaard, who only had to push the ball in to make it 2-0. It will undoubtedly be one of the most beautiful goals of the weekend in Europe.

Now what will the coach do?

With the two-goal lead Arsenal seem to have everything under control. That's why Mikel Arteta may decide to make some changes in the team during the second half to rest some players, considering that they have played three games in the last week and that next Tuesday they will visit Luton Town at Kenilworth Road.
