Sancho could leave Man United for these Premier League giants in shock transfer

The English forward played his last game two months ago and has been suspended ever since.

Jadon Sancho has been out of the Manchester United squad for almost two months, after a quarrel with Erik Ten Hag. The Dutch coach decided not to call him up for a match against Arsenal and then explained the reason in a press conference, claiming that it was because of the poor performances the player had had in training. This caused the anger of the forward, who posted a message on social media accusing Ten Hag of lying.

The club's chiefs decided at that moment to punish him and since then he has not played an official match. In fact, he doesn't even train with his teammates, but with United's Academy. And according to reports all this could be resolved if Jadon apologizes to the manager, but he doesn't seem willing to do so.

With this scenario, the player will most likely leave for another club during the January transfer window. While The Red Devils would prefer to sell him and recoup at least a portion of the $90 million they paid for him in 2021, they know that will be difficult and that is why they are willing to negotiate his departure on loan.

According to The Athletic, his destination could be in London. Jadon grew up there and has connections, so a possible transfer to the English capital would be a nice option for him. The club that could sign him is Chelsea. They were already interested in Sancho when he was still playing for Borussia Dortmund, but in the end Manchester United signed him.

What does Poch think?

Despite the rumors about a possible transfer to Chelsea, it seems hard to imagine that Jadon Sancho could have a place in the squad. Coach Mauricio Pochettino has many alternatives in attack, such as Cole Palmer (who arrived this summer and has shown great performances), Raheem Sterling, Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke.
