Both clubs are looking for top players for next year.

In the last few months, the world soccer map has changed forever. Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, the biggest stars of this century, decided to leave Europe and start a new stage of their professional careers in non-traditional leagues. The Portuguese striker chose Al-Nassr of Saudi Arabia, while the Argentine forward joined Inter Miami of Major League Soccer.

Behind them, other top players made similar decisions. Many left for Saudi Arabia in exchange for multi-million dollar salaries, such as Karim Benzema, Sadio Mané, Neymar Junior, Roberto Firmino and N'Golo Kanté. And to America came Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba to join Leo in Miami.

But that is not enough. Both leagues have the goal of continuing to grow and the clubs in particular as well. That is why, according to TNT Sports, Inter Miami and Al-Nassr have targeted this Barcelona star to join them in 2024: Robert Lewandowski.

The Polish striker arrived in Spain in 2022 after a successful experience in Bundesliga. There he shone at Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich for more than a decade, and achieved glory in 2020 by leading the Bavarian team to the Champions League title. But last year he decided to take on a new challenge and joined Los Blaugranas, with whom he won the 2022/23 La Liga title.

What will he choose?

Should he accept an offer from Al-Nassr, Robert Lewandowski could form a fearsome attacking partnership with Cristiano Ronaldo. At Inter Miami he would partner Lionel Messi, but would have to compete with Luis Suarez, who will join the team from 2024. However, the Polish striker has assured in more than one interview during the last few months that his intention is to continue at Barcelona until the end of his contract, on June 30, 2026. At that time he will be almost 38 years old.
