Jadon Sancho's career is "90 percent" over at Manchester United

The forward has not played for almost two months with the Red Devils.

On August 26 Manchester United beat Nottingham Forest 3-2 at Old Trafford. On that day, Jadon Sancho came on after 14 minutes of the second half to replace Anthony Martial. Nobody imagined at the time that it would be the forward's last game in the Red Devils' jersey. The following week Erik Ten Hag did not call him up to play against Arsenal and claimed it was because of his poor performances in training. This caused the anger of the player, who wrote a message on social media criticizing the coach.

The club's chiefs have since decided that Sancho should be removed from the squad, as they consider his attitude to have been unacceptably disrespectful. Reports indicate that the chiefs and the coach are willing to forgive him and allow him to return, but he does not want to apologize. Even his teammates believe it is time for him to do so.

With this scenario, Jadon's future is unclear. Manchester United's intention is to negotiate his exit during the next transfer window to at least recoup a portion of the $90 million they paid for him in 2021, but it won't be easy.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed details of this and said: "It looks like it's 90 per cent over between Jadon Sancho and Man United. We keep a 10 per cent because we know that anything can happen in football, but as of today, it reminds us of the situation with Cristiano Ronaldo one year ago. The feeling is that Jadon has to find a new club in the January transfer window".

What will happen to him?

Everything seems to indicate that Jadon Sancho's future is far from Manchester United. On this, Romano added: "I think they know at the moment that it's not going to be a permanent transfer, that could be a loan deal with a buy option included. So, I think in January that they will be open to any opportunity of course".
