UEFA is making sure to add more security to ensure that no more fans invade the pitch to get close to Ronaldo in the next EUROS match that involves Portugal. This will also be taken into action for the rest of the EURO matches being played in Germany.

In Portugal's previous match against Georgia in the last match of the group stage, a fan dove from the stands to get close to Ronaldo, but instead, the fan hurt himself and fell onto some stairs that led to the locker room. UEFA released a statement about security and stated that any fans who invade the pitch will be punished.
