"You're the most negative guy in soccer history", said PSG coach Luis Enrique

However, it was not enough to satisfy everyone. The harsh criticism received by some of the squad's stars such as Kylian Mbappé did not stop after the match against Stade Rennais. Another of those targeted was Luis Enrique. The PSG coach was criticized for some decisions, such as the strategy to face Newcastle. And he didn't like that.

After Sunday's match, the Spanish manager gave an interview to Free Ligue 1, the channel that has the broadcasting rights to the French league. There was Ludovic Giuly, a former French winger who played for Barcelona, and some journalists. Among them Alexandre Ruiz, who asked him about the bad start PSG had had against Stade Rennais. This angered Luis Enrique, who replied: "You only go for the negative, eh? It's amazing. All the interviews. You are the most negative guy in the history of world soccer. One day we won 1-4 and you told me we deserved to lose. Soccer has a lot of circumstances... young people understand everything, it's you who doesn't understand it. That's what I think when you ask questions, but there's no problem".

After that, the coach put down the microphone and left the interview smiling, while Ruiz tried to explain his opinions.
