The summer transfer market promises excitement with the news of several high-profile footballers deciding to terminate their contracts with their respective clubs. Whether it's for better offers or failure to reach an agreement with the club, these situations prompt players to seek new horizons.
The top three forwards who could be leaving their clubs are Lionel Messi, who appears likely to leave PSG, Karim Benzema, with rumors placing him outside of Real Madrid and close to the Arabian league, and finally Marcus Thuram, who will not continue with Borussia Monchengladbach.
In the midfield, Youri Tielemans has chosen not to renew with Leicester City due to their relegation, Ilkay Gundogan seems unlikely to accept the renewal offer from Manchester City, N'Golo Kanté's future at Chelsea is uncertain, and Marco Asensio seems unlikely to renew with Real Madrid.
On the defensive side, Iñigo Martínez, Milan Skriniar, and Evan Ndicka were unable to reach agreements with their respective clubs and will depart this summer. As for the goalkeeper, David de Gea has not yet signed his contract extension with Manchester United.
All eyes will be on these players who have not confirmed their next destinations. Rumors and speculation about their futures will be the order of the day, and as the transfer market progresses, we will learn more about each player's situation.
